Technical Rigor. Artistic Soul.
Design has always been my way of navigating the world.
Hello!
Design has always been my way of navigating the world. My story started in Iran and took me through Turkey before I eventually found home in the United States. That journey taught me early on that the spaces we inhabit are more than just physical structures; they are the backdrop of our resilience and the foundation of where we belong. With a background from Pratt Institute and over a decade of practice, I’ve learned to balance the cold logic of architecture with the warmth of evocative art.
I have spent my career obsessed with the idea of scale. I have gone from the extreme technical demands of designing for life in space at NASA to the expansive and fast-paced world of retail at Target. In between those massive systems I always return to the tactile and the intimate through art and interior design. These experiences have shown me that no matter the size of the project the goal is to find that perfect intersection of precision and personality.
To me design should follow function but it must never lose its soul. Whether I am envisioning a habitat for another planet or choosing the right texture for a local interior my focus is on creating a transformation. I do not just build structures. I create worlds where data meets human emotion and the experience of the person inside is the most important part of the plan.
